In the chaotic world that we find ourselves in, organisations need their people to be inclusive, collaborative, growth minded, effective problem solvers, flexible, positive, emotionally intelligent, and more. I can help with development around team building, communication, presenting, influencing, handling conflict, building emotional intelligence, creative thinking, bringing your values to life and more. Giving people time to step back from the hamster wheel in a safe environment to reflect and commit to meaningful action through facilitated discussion is an important part of cultural transformation.

For smaller organisations scaling up for growth, I can help your leadership team to build a deliberate people strategy that supports your organisations ambitions. This is a critical phase where gaps in process or management capability can lead to problems such as high staff turnover and employee relation escalations.  If necessary, I can also support on creating and rolling out new talent processes to your managers or training members of your team to roll it out for themselves. This might include Performance & Development, Onboarding, Succession Planning, Employer Brand frameworks etc. Having an outside perspective from someone who can see the wood for the trees, and has a wealth of experience of doing this can be very powerful.
