Self-awareness is one of the most important building blocks to individual and team development and the first step to developing greater emotional intelligence. Insights Discovery is a psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung that helps people to understand themselves and others through a simple and memorable four colour model. Our unique personality blend of the four colour energies Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue determine how and why we behave the way we do. Whether your team works virtually, hybrid or together, understanding each other’s style and needs can help to build stronger relationships.

This dynamic session is facilitated by a highly experienced licensed Insights practitioner in a fun and engaging way for up to 20 people. We’ll make use of every corner of the room and beyond if space permits! It can also be delivered virtually for remote teams with the same vigour. Each person receives a 20-page personality report crammed with insightful information about their unique communication and behavioural style as well as tips for development and adapting with others.

Whether you simply want the session run by itself or weave it into a wider team or strategy building workshop, Insights will add a new and lasting language to the way that you interact with each other.
